Abstract – The DBwV project team “fire department of the German Armed Forces”, who represents the interests of the soldiers, civil servants and employees of the fire department of the German Armed Forces, presented a new position paper. The position paper will be used to communicate the demands to the political sphere and entails claims, which aim to improve the organisational structure, the qualification and social matters of the personnel as well as the material and equipment of the fire department of the German Armed Forces.
