PFEARFU Met Greek Deputy Minister of National Defence

Abstract – On Friday, 11 October 2019, PFEARFU held the second formal meeting with the Deputy Minister of National Defence, Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis. During the meeting the main issues discussed, were the Deputy Minister’s proposal for a new Corps of Non Commissioned Officers, the working time directive, allowances, employee insurance contributions, transfers between brands and housing for military families.

On Saturday and Sunday, 12-13 October 2019 PFEARFU held Board Meeting and Council among the representatives of our 27 associations around Greece in the city hall of Athens. The topics discussed were the conclusions of the meeting with the Deputy Minister of National Defence and issues of the federation’s internal operation and future actions.
