EUROMIL and the EPC are jointly organising this event.
The event will address three topics of discussion. The first part is dedicated to building a comprehensive understanding of the emergence of new technologies in the security & defence sector. The second part of the workshop aims to investigate and discuss the link between new technologies and the skills required for the jobs of tomorrow in the security & defence sector. Finally, the workshop will end with a discussion about the preparedness of today’s workforce, with an emphasis on identifying good practices to equip military staff with the right skills. The workshop will be chaired by Claire Dhéret, Head of the EPC Programme ‘Social Europe & Well-being’.
