Abstract – Mariano Casado Sierra as the head of the legal office of AUME and member of the “Observatory of the Military Life” in Spain, has written this article published on Infolibre “www.infolibre.es”, which describes the proposals given by the political parties about the Defence, but pointing mainly on the human perspective of the personnel of the Armed Forces.
