PFEARFU achieved an immediate response from the Minister of Social Cohesion and Family regarding the housing allowance issue for military personnel. During a meeting on July 4, 2025, the request was made to include active-duty military personnel in the allowance, alongside other professional categories.

The Minister committed to promptly consulting with relevant Ministries to ensure that military personnel are not excluded from the allowance. Special emphasis was placed on social support for women, large families, and single-parent families within the military. The allowance will be funded by the Social Climate Fund, specifically targeting residents of remote areas and islands.
