EUROMIL is planning, together with the OSCE/ODIHR, several country visits in the second week of May 2017 to discuss democratic armed forces and fundamental rights and freedoms of military personnel with Parliaments, Governments and Ombudsmen. Targeted countries are Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Croatia where military personnel enjoy the right of association in their legislation but where nothing has been arranged in practice.
